CENTRAL OFFICES -- Welcome to The NJS.com Audio Spotlight.
Joining us in this edition is Indian Hills girls basketball coach
Kim Tanis and she did so from the 2nd Annual North Jersey Breast
Cancer Challenge, a four-game event that mixed girls basketball
with breat cancer awareness and education.
Tanis
is a breast cancer survivor who was recently deemed cancer free
by her doctors and never let the disease get in the way of her
committment to her players. She coached through her treatments
and has come out the other side, still in the sideline and having
coach the Braves to 53-31 win over Bergen Tech in the opener on
Sunday. Tanis has a story to tell and she is kind enough to share
it with all who ask.
